The brief
We scoped this as if a founder needed to launch on iOS and Android simultaneously ahead of a tight milestone, with no existing mobile codebase to build on.
Our approach
We defined a lean MVP feature set and built in React Native for shared logic across platforms, structuring the codebase for weekly TestFlight-style releases.
What we focused on
The focus was proving out a fast, disciplined path from zero to a dual-platform build — the same process we'd run for an early-stage client on a runway.
