The brief
We treated this as a real redesign constraint: a dated, slow-loading site sitting on years of accumulated SEO equity that a real practice couldn't afford to lose in a rebuild.

We mapped every indexed URL, planned a redirect strategy alongside new information architecture, and modernized the design while preserving the content structure search engines would already trust.
