A subscription-ready Shopify store for a specialty coffee roaster.
The challenge
Northbound wanted to launch a subscription product line but their existing store had no infrastructure for recurring orders.
Our approach
We rebuilt the storefront in Shopify with a subscription app integration, redesigned the product pages around brewing guides, and streamlined the subscription checkout flow.
The result
Subscriptions accounted for 34% of revenue within the first quarter post-launch.
